These terms apply when you book or visit IJEN SPA (Benoa, Nusa Dua, Bali). By booking a treatment you agree to them.
1. Bookings
A booking made online or at reception is a request for a treatment at the chosen time. We confirm availability and assign a therapist. Prices shown are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may change.
2. Cancellations & changes
Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability; booking is recommended during busy hours.
3. Health acknowledgement
Massage and reflexology may not be suitable for every condition. Please tell us about pregnancy, injuries or medical conditions before your treatment so we can adapt or advise. If in doubt, consult your doctor first. You are responsible for sharing relevant health information.
4. Conduct
IJEN SPA provides professional, non-sexual therapeutic massage and reflexology only. Any inappropriate behaviour will end the session immediately without refund.
5. Liability
We take care to provide safe, professional treatments. To the extent permitted by law, IJEN SPA is not liable for reactions arising from health information you did not disclose.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always the one on this page.
